Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 60g fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk (or any plant milk)
  • Optional: 1/2 cucumber, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tsp spirulina

Preparation

  1. Add spinach to the blender first — this helps the leaves blend smoothly.
  2. Add banana (frozen banana gives a creamier texture).
  3. Add kiwi, chia seeds, and almond milk.
  4. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust: more banana for sweetness, lime for brightness, spinach for color.
  6. Drink immediately for maximum nutrient retention.
